The European Short Film Competition is now open for entries to any short film made, produced or co-produced in the continent of Europe, completed after January the 1st 2012 and with a maximum running time of 30 minutes.

Spanish short films must be submitted to the National Short Film Competition. The selection committee will choose some of these to participate in the European Competition as well.

‘ALCINE’ Awards

First Prize: 5 000 €
Second Prize: 3 000 €
Third Prize: 2 000 €

The ‘ALCINE’ awards will be divided in equal parts between the producer and director of the award-winning film. The sum is subject to regulations determined by applicable legislation.

 The films have to be sent online via MoviBeta platform (it’s free and there’s a direct link to make the uploads on MoviBeta at the end of the registration form). To make things easier, MoviBeta offers you the possibility to upload the films via Yousendit or Dropbox.
