IN THE PALACE

The 13th edition of In the Palace International Short Film Festival starts today in Sofia, in the capital of Bulgaria. The opening gala took place at the National Palace of Culture, which is starting point of the 4 day long festival. The award ceremony will be held on Saturday, on the 12th of December.
